TouchTerm and color control characters

Certain control sequences render text invisible in TouchTerm, instead
of applying the appropriate color/formatting
For example, anything following sequences from "\033[1;30m" to
"\033[1;39" should show 'bold' text, TouchTerm shows no text at all
after these. "\033[30m" and "\033[0;30m" etc are fine, however.
Ideally, all of these control sequences should work as expected on the
console, but I'd settle for just not making text vanish. :P
