基于2.0.1.5语言模板汉化
简体中文语言文件 V2.0.1.5(兼容V1版，猜测了不少字串用于2.0.3.7)


顺便两个问题
任务栏托盘右键菜单的布局子菜单有问题。

下面这个实际已经汉化，但是没用。
