I have added a minor upgrade to touch freeze to include an enable/disable
button. I felt a need for this as i continuously switch from coding to
browsing and then click delays become a nuisance for me.
I couldn't find a submit patch button so i have included this here, the
code and resources are attached.

This would be super helpful for me while working in Photoshop too. In most
other situations I don't want to be able to hit the trackpad while typing,
but in Photoshop there are lots of keyboard shortcuts/modifiers that I DO
want to use in conjunction with the trackpad. Eg: holding down space while
dragging using a mouse/trackpad drags the canvas around.
