Dear all,
We now received the instructions for notebook paper submission for CLEF and compiled them for you in one zip file:
https://github.com/touche-webis-de/touche-code/raw/refs/heads/main/touche-paper-template.zip
We adapted the CLEF template to fit Touché (e.g., having “Touché” in the title template).
Note that for this submission (deadline 2025-05-30 CEST), you should focus on motivating and describing your approach. Clarity should be your top priority. As usual for CLEF, you will not receive results before the deadline.
You will then receive reviews by 2025-06-10 with feedback on how to improve the paper. You can expect to receive results mid to end June, depending on the task (those that require human judgment will take longer), and can then integrate the results into your paper for the camera-ready deadline on 2025-07-07. Some tasks allow continued submission for getting more results for detailed analyses. The respective task organizers will inform you on this mailing list.
Regards,
Johannes

Dear participants,
Thank you all for submitting your approaches! There is a little bit of bug-fixing of approaches left, but we are happy that most approaches are running fine by now.
As this question came up, I just wanted to remind you of the notebook paper submission deadline (tomorrow), mainly because of this point:
“Note that for this submission (deadline 2025-05-30 CEST), you should focus on motivating and describing your approach. Clarity should be your top priority. As usual for CLEF, you will not receive results before the deadline.”
I know you are eagerly awaiting the results, but for tasks that require human judgment this will take a while (as I said in the last mail, maybe until end of June).
However, maybe you already have in mind how you would like to present the results in your final paper (deadline 2025-07-07)? If so, please tell and we can try to prepare for this, i.e., once they are done, sending the results also in corresponding LaTeX tables or plots to all participants of the task so that they can directly integrate them. From my experience of providing result tables to participants, this can save you participants a lot of time and makes it very pleasant for people interested in the task to read all papers and compare the results (though, of course, you can still add more tables and figures to your paper).
Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have further questions!
Johannes
