Sai To,
I left you a message today in regards to the art status change request that Terry sent over to you. Clearly, the art you sent over did not differ at all with what we have already printed and is essentially the same configuration that is presently being used by Printechnologics. Frankly, we had expected something different. I would advise you to recheck your programs and assumptions if this is the patterns you believe can lead you to the billions of codes you anticipate a smart phone to read. We would like to work with you but clearly it is now our conclusion that something is amiss. Happy to discuss and see how we might help.
Best,
Andy

When you have a chance, please call my call.
How do you overcome the problem of having to have a certain amount of
pixels covered at one time to get an activation read?
If you can design a few art pieces for this test, its worthwhile, but to
date, we have not had a consistent read on small art.
I'm in meetings this afternoon but I'm available after 5:00 or later.
Tomorrow afternoon is open as well.
Thanks,
Terry Kaiserman

Hi Andy,
I've attached a written explanation which should help explain what we
mean. Let me know if you have questions.
Thanks,

It is not about mistrust by any means. The art you sent over physically
cannot duplicate the number of codes you represent you can read on an
iPhone. If we are wrong please show us…we want to work with you and have shared
way more with you than you have with us. I believe the mistrust hardly
comes from our side in this. Happy to talk which is why I reached out to
you. Feel free to call me.

Hi Andy,
We had already mentioned when we met a few weeks ago that our software is
the piece that is responsible for the high number of codes we can produce.
Both our team and your team already know that the iPhone firmware only
allows for a maximum of five touches, so I do not know what you and Terry were
expecting.
Frankly, we had wanted to work with you to make this happen as well, but
we are afraid that this level of mistrust and miscommunication is going to
pose problems later on.
Let me know if you would like to talk.
Best,
Sai To
