Hey guys,

We're almost there, but we still have some work to do.  I think given what needs to be done, James, Jon, and Sai Hei should go to the office directly and skip the dress rehearsal.  Melanie should come to the dress rehearsal until around 1, which is when my rehearsal should be done.  I think I have to stay longer because there's this pre-demo day interview with TechCrunch.

1. Let's finish up the iPhone version of the app first so that we have something, but let's also try and make the iPad ones work.  I think iPad is ideal because it'll let a lot of people around the table see what's going on, though iPhone still works because its what we see in the video.

2. I will start making new graphics to fit the iPhone screen.  Jon, I might need you to take over afterwards because I need to go for rehearsals from 11 onwards until late afternoon.

3. James- finish the iPhone versions of the app.

4. Sai Hei - look at the app to see if there's anything that can be done to put it to the iPad.  Even if it means modifying the algorithm.  (James - is the issue the lack of sensitivity? Or that it's registering more than 5 points? Do we want to consider using some of the raw conductive prints?)

5. Melanie - go with Jon to pick up the tshirt a when they are ready.

6. Jon and Melanie - figure out how we want to attach the movie trailer and restaurant labels to the cards.  If kinkos lets us make labels without buying a whole pack, that would be ideal, but I'm not sure if that's available.

7. Jon and Melanie - brainstorm questions that people might ask tomorrow

The issue with the iPad is that distances have a range of about 60, and the cards were not created to have side lengths differ by that much to ensure a unique value to sort by.
