[Totto-chan] Tham gia chương trình về trẻ em của CSDS

Dear mọi ng, dưới đây là mail của 1 bạn TNV nước ngoài ở CSDS gửi cho mình. Bạn ý bày tỏ nguyện vọng được cùng làm việc với nhóm chúng ta trong chương trình cho trẻ em chạy vào tháng 2 của bạn í. Thời gian là sáng thứ 7 hàng tuần. Cần ít nhất 8 TNV bên mình.
Mình nghĩ đây là cơ hội tốt để nhóm mình thông qua hợp tác làm việc có thể vừa học hỏi từ các bạn ý vừa phát triển thêm các ý tưởng cũng như khả năng tổ chức của chính dự án mình. Hơn nữa cũng có thể thuận lợi hơn trong việc xin tài trợ cho Totto-chan nếu các bạn TNV nước ngoài có thể giúp. Trong một dự án mà mình đã từng làm, 1 bạn TNV nước ngoài làm việc cùng bọn mình đã huy động được một nguồn tài trợ từ một tổ chức ngoài nước. Vì vậy rất mong mọi ng có thể tham gia.

"Dear Ha,

Let me introduce myself : I am Julie and as A. Huan already explained, I am currently working with CSDS on designing a program addressing the 8-10 year-old children issues in terms of education and extra-scholar activities. 

Our program aims to provide an interactive and creative atmosphere for the kids to experience new activities related to diverse topics such as Family, Environment, Holidays, etc. We want the program to be run in such a way that we can stay as close as possible to the children's development and needs. We will first start with morning sessions of 3hours on Saturday morning, once every 2 weeks, with small groups of maximum 15 children.

In order to organise the program in the best conditions, we will need from February to ask for Vietnamese volunteer's help. That is why we decided to contact you. We want to have a group of 10 volunteers who can help take turn to participate to the session. 

We organise a trial session on Saturday 25th of January. We would like to invite one of your member for this session. This afternoon, CSDS team will have a meeting to discuss about this first session, I invite you as well to join this meeting.
