What's the owner going to do with it now? Maybe there are plans to
sell it in the near future? If the price is right I'd be very
interested in buying the domain.

Jeff has made it very clear that totse is a done deal. Several of us
[Zok, acidmelt, me, and some others] were interested in getting totse,
but he didn't want to do it. It was his baby and he didn't want to see
it go out of his control. So you're left with one - or more - of the
sites that sprang up around totse's demise [zoklet, thedamagedone,
chemphoria and totse2 - I don't know if the last two still exist or
not].
