We offer free ParcelShop returns via Evri Returns. Please generate a label here to either print at home or to obtain a QR code for the print in store option. Please note that not all Evri ParcelShops offer the print in store option so please check this beforehand.
We accept exchange requests within the normal returns timeframe. All you have to do is fill in the returns form received inside your parcel, stating the exchange item you would like and we will send it out to you on standard delivery.
You have 14 days to return your Pre-loved item(s), from the day you receive your parcel. The item(s) must be in a resalable condition. Should you return your item using one of our free online returns options, we reserve the right to charge 4.95 to cover the cost of the courier.
Due to the personal/intimate nature of our products, approval is needed for all returns. If you have an issue with any of your products call us right away. The earlier we know the better we can assist with a return or exchange.
Isabella Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns of items that appear to have been worn, are not in good condition, are without tags, smell of cigarette smoke or are no longer carried in stock. Isabella Boutique may limit returns if we believe a customer may be abusing the return policy.
This cancellation right does not apply to 'Made To Order' or personalised goods. Period ends 14 days after the day on which the goods are delivered to your chosen delivery address.
This applies where orders have already been dispatched. Orders outside the 14 days period, please refer to our returns policy.

You must notify House of Isabella of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by filling in the online returns form found at the footer of the homepage. Failure to do so, will mean that any transit insurance policy will be voided and House of Isabella will not be liable. The onus is on you to report any faulty or damaged goods immediately.
In the case that an item is able to be returned, you would be responsible for arranging the return delivery of the item to our returns warehouse located in Western Australia. We will provide you with a store credit to the amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less any shipping costs. Please note we do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change of mind returns.
