I am incredibly sorry for what happened last night. Believe it or not, I felt like shit the rest of the night. Something told me that eventhough everyone said it was OK, it wasn't. I would feel some sort of way if a tech fucked up my sketches too. This is your show and you guys want it to run smoothly and part of my job is to ensure that it does.

I know I've had a bumpy track record with guys and I really hope this doesn't affect my status as your tech. If it does, I Totally understand, I wouldn't blame you.

What???  Aw, that's sad.  I mean, she's right that she should try to make things smoother, but we never even had a chance to tech in that space.  I don't want to fire her over last night. Also, she capitalized "totally" - she gets us, you guys, she really does.

Oh man! That was nice of her to write and it's a good sign that she realizes she Totally, Fucked Up! b/c last night was a bit much, even if we didn't tech in that space - I mean she just randomly blacked out yoga! I agree that we don't need to fire her over last night, but let's see how this next show goes (unless of course someone knows of a good available person...in which case I am going rogue and firing her).

I told her we still plan to use her for September. I think giving her one more month is a good idea. maybe after screwing up a bunch she'll work extra hard to make it great.
