Lucene Records is in release 349+

Hey people,

I finally got Lucene working as another TL records implementation.
It's pretty early days (so LuceneRecords constructor might change as
well as custom mappings support) but other than that it's the bog
standard records / keyword interface and functional methods to access
it.
