connect to MSSQL

Hi Peter,

I've to connect my app with MS SQL server, I found this npm package: https://www.npmjs.com/package/mssql

tried to connect the same way we did with mysql and pg, but failed. can you pls make simple sample how to connect to mssql, I'll test it in my side and update you.
