How can I route all options to a function

I have a controller I am trying to pass HEAD, PROPFIND, TRACE, PATCH, etc (webdav) headers and I can not get any of them to work. How can I allow all/any options to a route? if not what would be proper format to allow these?

routing does not support these headers, but I'll try to add into the next version (maybe this week).

This will not be possible. You can define each flag to each route.
