Total CSR was founded by two brothers, Justin and Jordan Goodman, who also own and operate a 3rd generation insurance agency.

After their many years of experience working with new hire onboarding and training, they saw that the existing systems were inadequate and wasted time. So, they started Total CSR to fill that need.

With the help of CTO and co-founder, Trenton Berry, the Total CSR platform was born in 2019.

To further benefit their 1,400+ clients, they launched H.A.T.S. in 2021, a complete onboarding solution for new hires.
