How do I remove a bowler during an active over?

Injured or removed by the umpire, and have another bowler complete the over! I appreciate any help on this.

Sorry about the delay in responding.

Choose the swap bowler button:

Select the new bowler.

When asked "Please confirm you wish another bowler to complete the over", answer Yes.

Voila.

(it's in the "Events" section of the "Score" ribbon, if you've removed it/not added it to the default toolbar)
