Play Cricket widget not working

The widget on our site is not working, but when I click details on the widget the match is on the total cricket site. Can somebody tell me where I am going wrong, I do not have full admin rights on play cricket site so I need to pass the info on to our web admin.

It could be that you have added a live match in the future. The
widgets only show the latest match.

I have scored a game tonight the widget is not showing the score, but when I click details the scorecard is up to date.
If I go to create widget the score shows on the widget that is created is the widget on our play cricket site wrong.
Does the widget need to work correctly to update the player scores?

Was the match you scored originally downloaded from Play-Cricket? The
Play-Cricket version of the widget uses their IDs and so relies on the
fixture having been downloaded from their first.

No it was not downloaded as i am using an android tablet, is it possible to do this on a tablet?
