to TOST and Turned
Hi Everyone!

Here's how things are going for the couple of weeks

On Sunday 4/3 we have practice from 3-9 in Pratt. At 2 we're going to
meet in the HUB atrium and go chalking for a bit first. Basically you
get a couple pieces of chalk, wear them down with TOSTly messages (it
doesn't take that long to go through a piece of chalk), and go back to
Pratt to wash your chalky hands and start getting into costume.

On Monday 4/4 we have practice from 6:30-11 in Pratt. As always,
Pratt time is valuable, so please be ready to go on stage at 6:30.

On Tuesday 4/5 we have rehearsal from 9-11 in Pratt. Same deal, be
ready to go at 9 or we won't be able to get through everything.

On Wednesday 4/6 neither the Pratt nor any room in the HUB is
available. Keep this time open though! If there are any non-tech
related glitches in these shows, whatever cast and directors are
involved will meet and practice until there aren't any more glitches.

On Thursday 4/7 we have practice from 6:30-11 in Pratt.

On Friday 4/8 ...are you ready for this? We have a show! It starts
at 7. Call is 5:30. Call means be there with whatever food or drink
or work or other things you will need through out the night wearing
whatever you need to be wearing for your first show.

Saturday 4/9 is going to be exactly the same schedule as Friday.

Moving on to the next week -

We'll meet somewhere on Monday or Tuesday night and practice, mostly
just to keep lines fresh (not that you shouldn't be looking over them
on your own). Obviously I will have more details on this later.

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday follow the exact same schedule as the
previous week.

Other notes: There will probably be more chalking in there somewhere,
but that kind of depends on the weather, so I'm not going to plan it
quite so far in advance only to have to change it later.

These are reminders to anyone who said they would bring things for
sets or props:

Please have these things on Sunday!

Also, a note to techies: Please come at least 15 minutes early to
rehearsals. Since we're carrying things over from Whit we'll need to
figure that little bit of extra time in.

A related note to the casts: If you are there early and don't need to
get ready you will help the tech crew move things.

Ok everyone, I think that's it for now. Let me know if you need
anything else!

You guys are awesome!!!!!

Melody
