to TOST and Turned
Hi everybody!

Some updates for you -

Ms. Sara Rice from Delta Phi Epsilon emailed me about events they're
planning that she thought we might be interested in - Delta Phi
Epsilon is hosting a week of events from April 18 through 22 to raise
money and promote knowledge of ANAD, the National Association of
Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders. More information about the
activities will be posted on The Beak and can be found at
dphieiup.org. They're also selling t-shirts. If you have questions
please contact Paula Stewart at (724)599-6705.

On a more directly related note, TOST has been invited too participate
in a research study, but it's fun research! Rachel Smith, who was
president of TOST when she was an undergrad, is doing her Master's
Thesis in Sociology. For her research a group of students will work
together to create and perform an original piece of theater about
their observations and experiences of discrimination and prejudice on
campus. She will be assessing the beliefs and behaviors of
participants over the course of the production process in order to
assess the impact of involvement in the project on participants.
Informational meetings will be held March 28th at 5pm in McElhaney 104
and March 30th at 5pm in McElhaney 101. If you have any questions you
can email Rachel at nl...@iup.edu. I really hope that we can have some
people participate in this!

This is the transition into non-optional participation parts of this
email...

Dues. Sam is going to be at Pratt at starting at 5:30 on Monday 3/28
to collect $7 from all of you. It's to everyone's advantage if we get
dues collected before tech week, so please try to scrounge it up and
make your way over to Pratt.

That's it for now. Tootles TOSTlings!
