Postmortems

[Your Loving President]

Hi everyone!

Congratulations and thank you everyone for a great semester! We
raised $304.26!

Now it's time for postmortems. Hopefully I will see you all at the
HUB Monongahela Room at 4:00 PM on Thursday 4/21. Officers, I would
like to see you at 3:30.

The first thing we're going do is talk about this semester and how
things went. To this end, everyone who was involved in this
semester's one acts should give some anonymous feedback. Please
answer the following questions, either in an email or as a word
document attachment, and email it to me at tp...@iup.edu. I will copy
and paste them all into one document without reading them, and then
delete your email so I don't know who you were. So, the questions
are:

1) Please rate your experience this semester on a scale of 1-10, with
1 being totally not cool and 10 being friggin awesome

2) Please write some of your favorite memories or the best things from
this semester that you would like to continue in the future.

3) Please describe any experiences you had this semester in TOST that
you would not want repeated for next semester’s cast/crew/directors/
officers/whoever.

4) What could TOST (or anyone in TOST) do that would prevent us from
encountering the same problems next semester? (Think of this as a
proposal for a plan of action, so please be specific)

5) Anything else?

After that we're going to vote for new officers for next year, so keep
that in mind and think of people you may want to nominate. We're also
voting on where we should donate our money this year, that's another
thing to think about.
