Directing Guidelines

As promised, here's some guidance for future directors.� Let me know
what's missing or what you disagree with.� It's not quite what I was
thinking of in the beginning, but I think using a familiar model (if
it's not familiar, your institution of education has failed you (not
that I would be surprised by that)) will help get the point across
more effectively with less words.

So yeah, let me know what you think.
