Teamviewer 13 Quicksupport Download

What is happening, is that I enter the ID, and click Connect, then I authorize the connection on the android tablet, but then nothing is happening on teamviewer (desktop remote control). Even the button is back to "Connect" state.
Hey guys! I was curious if anyone knows of an easy-to-say-over-the-phone link to get people to download Teamviewer QuickSupport. Yes, I know I get tell people "Go to www.teamviewer.com and download something called Teamviewer Quicksupport, that's one word T-E-A-M-V-I-E-W-E-R.", but it's not too appealing to me.

Just an FYI, it turned out that the Teamviewer that I downloaded did most of the steps when I re-tried it. File downloaded was:
/home/username/Downloads/teamviewer_qs(15.47.3).tar.gz
And it ended up creating the program directory:
/home/username/.local/share/applications/teamviewerqs
And it also created its own 'desktop' file as:
/home/username/.local/share/applications/teamviewerqs/ teamviewer.desktop
& my guess on your 20 sec problem is probably because you exceeded the # of free login's per Teamviewer logging rules.
There's a extensive way to reset it on your PC but - you can search that on the web. or just buy teamviewer if you like it that much and the 20 sec problem goes away also.
