Autodeskprovides download and install instructions both for individuals and for administrators. Individuals should sign into their Autodesk Account or education site. Find your product and click View Downloads. Select the version, platform, and language and then select a download method. For more information, visit Autodesk Support.

Trial versions of Autodesk software offer the chance to explore the full capabilities of the latest versions for a limited term (typically 30 days). To cancel a free trial, turn off automatic renewal before the trial period ends. If you were not required to enter a payment method at the start of the trial, it will expire automatically.

If your trial expires, you cannot extend the trial period. For short-term needs, you can purchase a monthly subscription and turn off automatic renewal (to limit the length of the paid subscription to one month only) or purchase Flex tokens for a flexible pay-as-you-go plan.

If your installation or product download fails, try using the Browser Download method instead (not available in macOS). We recommend disabling pop-up blockers and trying a different browser, such as Chrome or Explorer. For more solutions, check out our guide to troubleshooting Autodesk product download issues.

Students and educators can get free one-year educational access to Autodesk products and services, renewable as long as you remain eligible. If you are a student or educator, you can access free Alias software with an Autodesk Education plan.

Launch your trial software and click Subscribe Now on the trial screen or visit the Alias product center. When buying your subscription, enter the same email address and password combination you used to sign in to your trial. Learn more about converting a trial to a paid subscription.

ATSU student email addresses currently use the SA12...@atsu.edu format by default. Throughout March 2020 a group of student volunteers tested the use of an alias, which would allow students to send/receive email using a more descriptive name such as first.l...@atsu.edu. The test group represented all ATSU schools and provided feedback to the ITS department with the determination the use of email aliases will benefit all students. The success of this testing proved that a student alias is of benefit to ATSU students. Thus, aliases are now available to all students.

In the past, we used traditional imaging where I would set particular things up including an alias for our shared student account, and then capture those things in the image. For example, our local user account called "student" is used by our youngest students and we like to use an alias of "123" which is easier and faster for them to type in. This year, I am only imaging a base OS and configuring everything else via policies or profiles. I have created my local user account "student" in a policy, but see no options to attach an alias to this. Is it possible in the JSS? If not, has anyone been able to do this in terminal? I have searched around and haven't been able to find much info.

Currently, students have unadvertised alias @ua.edu accounts that direct to @crimson.ua.edu. As a part of the student email migration May 7-9, OIT will be removing alias @ua.edu email addresses for students. Students that use their @ua.edu alias email addresses for any accounts, memberships, email lists, etc. should change from @ua.edu to @crimson.ua.edu. This change is designed to simplify the mail environment for students and IT administrators, and also to allow the coexistence of student and employee email domains within the UA Microsoft O365 tenant.

Two reports are available that support displaying the legal student information instead of the preferred name and gender. Users must have access to the legal student information in order for these options to display on the reports. The Student Transcript and the Assertive Discipline report support the legal student name.

If you are a student, you will have one email account on the Google Apps system. This means you will have one email inbox, which can receive and send emails from two different email addresses. These two email addresses are:

You can create an email alias to use as an alternative to the NetID email address assigned to you as a student or employee. The NetID address that was originally assigned to you will continue to be a valid email address; the alias you select allows you to make your email address more personable or memorable. Your NetID will continue to be your username to log into all New School services.

No, mail sent to your email alias address goes to the same inbox as your NetID address, and your New School NetID remains unchanged. Your personal email address is just a synonym for your Ne...@newschool.edu official address. In other words, johnny....@newschool.edu is an email alias for pars...@newschool.edu.

Be careful! You may choose only one email alias, and it is a one-time selection. The only circumstances which will allow you to change it are a qualified name change which has gone through the appropriate channels.

As some point during Summer 2023 through Fall 2023, your email changed as part of the Student Email Migration project. You should no longer be using your Knights Email for any purposes and instead should be using your N...@ucf.edu account as your primary source for all official UCF communications.

All existing and active students have had their @Knights.ucf.edu email account disabled and should be using their new N...@ucf.edu account. Emails, calendars and contacts should have been migrated to the new account. Forwarding will be enabled to automatically redirect messages until the end of the year. The N...@ucf.edu email account will be used by all official UCF communications.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not sign into your new N...@ucf.edu email account until you have received a confirmation email in your Knights Mail inbox from Accele...@ucf.edu notifying you that your email has officially moved over.

You will need to complete the tasks outlined in the migration checklist. We also ask that you please sign into your new N...@ucf.edu account as soon as possible, if you have not already, and ensure your mail data has transferred successfully.

As part of the benefits to this migration, you now have more options for collaborating with your professors and classmates. You can find more information on collaborating in the How To section.

Students had their @Knights.ucf.edu emails, calendars and contacts migrated over to a new N...@ucf.edu account to improve the collaborative experience between other students, staff and faculty. Messages sent to @Knights.ucf.edu accounts will automatically be forwarded to the new N...@ucf.edu accounts through the Fall 2023 semester.
