This is related to
http://toscawidgets.org/trac/tw.dynforms/changeset/192%3A23c572b6b4a7 .
If a form employs the GrowingTableFieldSet, it can successfully create
data (if constructed in one specific way), but the GrowingTableFieldSet
fields cannot be validated via standard validation methods.
Also, if a validator is passed as an instance to the CustomizedMixin,
post_init will raise a type error.
Attached is a patch that
1. Adds checks to ensure that the validator is initialized correctly
2. Starts to add tests for validating more complicated form structures.
In creating the patches I still have questions that are unanswered.
Please review and provide guidance.

Validation is much better in tw2.dynforms; I believe it should now do what
