Correction - it works correctly for HidingCheckBoxList, but not
HidingSingleSelectField.

Ok, this seems to be a problem with plain old RadioButtonList and
SingleSelectField, i.e. not a problem specific to tw.dynforms. And this
happens in a plain TableForm as well as HidingTableForm.

Clearly this needs to be fixed, but out of scope for now.
