I've spotted 2 "misspels". First is bad name of function and second is
using "escape" function in sending values to server - "encodeURI" is more
appropriate (supports special signs, utf8(polish letters in my case)
etc.).

AjaxLookup has been abandoned in tw2.dynforms as there are better
alternatives in libraries like YUI
