alphabetization error in toscawidgets SQLRadialGraph

I posted this error on the GIT Issues list, but I thought I would add a reference to it here, it seemed so lonely over there all by itself.

Basically, SQLJIT doesn't alphabetize numbers--in fact, it makes them wholly disappear..
