tosca widget install emergency!

Hey guys, I have a bit of an install emergency here. I'm trying to put
up version 2 of a clients site, which has a rather small window of
install ( tonight, ulp! ). I'm on webfaction, I used their new tg1.04.2
installer with python2.5

problem, can't install formencode < 0.9! Just hangs. Is there no
formencode<0.9 for python2.5? Either way, how can I get toscawidgets
working ok, I managed to install it from svn, but can't install twforms.

Well, it appears we have a Versioning Situation. Dunno what to do about
it:

- twForms requires FormEncode<0.9
- FormEncode<0.9 is no longer on the cheeseshop, or at least isn't being
found
- you can get form encode 0.7.1 from svn, but it requires a brand new
setuptools, newer than I have on webfaction

If anyone knows some bright way around this, please let me know!
