After a few days from the arrival of the Caniell's CDs of a Pasadena concert, Pristine-Andrew Rose presents another Pasadena concert including

BEETHOVEN Egmont Overture
BRAHMS Symphony No. 4
DEBUSSY Ibèria
GLINKA Jota Aragnoesa
WAGNER Forest Murmurs
WAGNER Prelude to Die Meistersinger

as of May 3rd, 1950, a couple of days before the one presented by Caniell.

I did not expect so a quick response to my wishes of a previous post!

Just now downloaded! Looking forward to hearing these performances. Even after fifty-five years of collecting Toscanini performances, I'm still amazed at the new items that come forth.

For both Pasadena concerts, you'll find the sound excellent, too. Often better than what NBC or RCA provided. It's almost like being there when played on a good system.
