Tortuga Hosting, Anyone know a reliable but _cheap_ provider?

Im very interested in this project (i've been waiting for ages heh),
but alas i do not believe my host would be capable of providing me the
requirements of Tortuga (SQLAlchemy and such).

Can anyone point me to a host that would be decent? Im a broke man
though, and my current host has a lot on it so i can't dump it to
change.. which leaves me trying to find a way to afford 2 hosts. The
cheaper the better.

Webfaction will be a good bet, once Tortuga's out.

Few questions on Webfaction:

1: Can anyone attest to their stability/performance etc? I've been looking for a good python host for ages and if these are good python hosts im all on board.

2: How are they towards developers? Ie, if you make a mistake in some code and upload some code which uses too many resources, will they threaten to suspend you? Or are their systems well designed  to separate users, thus limiting your potential damage (and punishment for said damage).

3: How much memory will be needed for a moderate tortuga install? (It mentions that database and apache are not factored into your memory usage, but im not sure how SQLAlchemy fits into memory usage either)

4: Do you feel Tortuga will be out within 60 days? If so i can buy a plan and use Tortuga all within the Webfaction money back plan.

Sorry bout the semi-ot chat, but i am very excited about Tortuga finally coming out, and i'll need a place to toss it up :D (aside from my local servers). I'll have plenty of questions about tortuga soon hehe, but first things first.

yes their stability is excellent, they do load balancing very well
(most python hosts don't do any loadbalancing at all)

they're excellent. If you go over memory or disk or whatever they
open up a trouble ticket and send you a polite email to go fix it.

unsure at the moment.

3.1: Small addition to this question. I assume Webfaction's Shared Plan 1 is plenty to fully run Tortuga, correct? (80MB memory, etc?)
