nightly compilations fails

I can see that the last nightly is  TortoiseSVN-1.14.9.29784-dev-x64-svn-1.14.5.msi but there are some newer commits in trunk (r29788). So I checked the buildlog64.txt  and I see that build fails because of externals issues. What is wrong on build server?

Thanks for the report. I have reached out to our contacts at BlueOptima (who is providing the host) and at the ASF to figure out what is blocking the requests.
