TSVN log window: Small font glitch

When opening the log window the column for the revision number has the current checked out revision formatted in bold and italic. This makes a bit of truncation when you got very high revision counts. See https://imgur.com/a/pfSIaOr

I reported this a few days ago. Stefan said he fixed it , IIRC.
