Revert to Revision

I am using TortoiseSVN 1.11.1, Build 28492 - 64 Bit.
I have created multiple repositories in my SVN.
But unfortunately in one of the repo, I have checked in unwanted files with same name as old one's by deleting them from the trunk. Now I want to revert it back to that particular revision. I have tried it using the Revert to this revision option. But after completion, found few items missing in that.
Can someone please help me in this regard.
