Resizing the window height of the repository browser doesn't refresh window correctly.

Hello,

on a Windows 10 system with TortoiseSVN 1.13.1, Build 28686 - 64 Bit installed, the repository browser doesn't display the forward/backward buttons, URL dropdown box, parent folder button and revision button correctly after the window has been resized in height.

If you resize the window in width, it refreshes the messed window. Can you correct this behaviour?
