Diff with shows no longer existing file

When I select the TourtoiseSVN menu, I get a menu item that wants to Diff with a file that no longer exists.  When I go into settings, it's in the same place as "Diff with "%ls"" option.  How do I get rid of this?  It doesn't prevent me from getting work done, but it's really really annoying!  Thanks!

It's "Diff later" feature.

You must used it on the file "154-049..." before.

A workaround:

Right click on any file

Click on that "Diff with "<the missing file>"" item

Quit the diff window (TortoiseMerge).

After then, you will see "Diff later" context menu item again.
