Version 1.12+ x64 cant connect to svnserv via svn+ssh with built in plink

Hello,

TortoiseSVN fails to connect to repo via SVN+SSH scheme due to Plink.exe not authenticating as username/password provided in path string for SSH client.

This is an issue with the latest stable build and nightly. The previous stable version didn't have this issue.

For a workaround I can use Putty plink.exe. Only downside is it shows all the authentication boxes per every svn+ssh transaction.

Let me know if you guys need any logs to fix this issue and how to submit them.

I can confirm that I had this issue in the exact same way (1.12, Win10 x64).
Went back to 1.11.1 and that is working OK.
