Can I compare local checked-out files on my disk against my baseline

I would like to do a diff between my local, edited files on the disk on my machine (sorry, I forget the term for these files) against the originals that I checked out (or against another branch). I thought Tortoise offered this but now I can't find it.

If your local, edited files are in your SVN working copy, you can always diff them against BASE or another branch. See https://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-dug-diff.html.
