Cannot delete shelves

TSVN implements the SVN shelve and checkpoint features but I don't see a way to delete old shelves when they are no longer useful.

The equivalent to commandline x-shelf-drop seems to be missing from the UI.

Yes, that feature is in fact missing.

But currently, shelving is broken anyway: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SVN-4827

So please be patient, I'll implement the drop-shelve feature soon.
