Hello there,

I'd like to check out a number of SVN folders, but I'm getting an error where it checks out a few documents, stalls, and then an error appears: Checkout Failed!

Error: Error running context: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

When deleting the folder and retrying, sometimes it will get through more documents, but it never finishes. This has happened with various folders and on different Internet connections.

Thanks,
Cam

My mistake. I thought this was from inside my company. Similar names. We aren’t having any issues.

I believe you asked the same question on the us...@subversion.apache.org (see https://lists.apache.org/thread/9d1jvogxzyj8cg0o188vh8g6mf995m5j) and I think the answer given by Nathan Harman should contain a few clues. It also asked a few questions about the different versions, both for the Subversion server and for TortoiseSVN.

There is probably very little extra knowledge this list can provide so I suggest you continue the discussion at the above mailing list.

Kind regards,
Daniel Sahlberg
