TortoiseSVN won't download even using the link:
https://github.com/rathena/rathena or https://github.com/rathena/rathena.git

GitHub removed support for SVN clients on January 8, 2024. This means that SVN clients don't work with GitHub anymore. So it isn't a problem in TortoiseSVN or SVN.
