svn checkout error :443

sorry ,my English very poor.

when i use svn and checkout,it have a error.

it says :

error validating server ceftificate for https://svn.duapp.com:443: unkonwn certificate issuer

You need to ask your server administrator about this. It is a problem
with the server problem, not with TortoiseSVN.

is there no option to instruct svn client to ignore certificate signing? like there is in browser like firefox?!

well it will impose security risk, but shouldn't it be there and let the user to choose?!
