I use Tortoisesvn on windows to connect to Subversion. After the connection
is built, there is a green icon on the folder name.
Then I want to this folder disconnect from Subversion completely, how can I
do this?

You can do an 'Export ...' of the folder instead of checking it out. Is
that what you're looking for?

No, I don't want to export anything from Repository.

I want to the folder on client(windows) has no relationship with SVN
anymore.
For example, I use Folder Myfolder for testing and submit the folder to
Subversion server.
Then I delete anything from Repository. I want to Myfolder become
normal(with no contex menu, no connection with SVN).

Just export the WC to itself. (Essentially this deletes all the .svn folders... which you could do manually if you want also).

I'm sorry, but what exactly do you want to achieve? The most reliable
way to 'disconnect' your folder from the repository would be to delete
and recreate it. But you probably want to keep the files inside, don't
you? You can create an unversioned copy of your working by exporting it.
