Hello authors,
I found a bug that influences me when I want to share the link with my partners.
I clicked "Copy URL to clipboard" then I got svn://192.168.105.110/DB/01.E9%85%8D%E7%BD%AE7%AE%A1%E7%90%86, which is unfriendly to read. So could you help to fix the format when Chinese exists in the URL?

Version info:
TortoiseSVN 1.14.1, Build 29085 - 64 Bit , 2021/02/09 16:17:02
ipv6 enabled
Subversion 1.14.1, -release

apr-util 1.6.1

that's the real url format. Browsers just usually show urls like that in a more readable way, but that's just how the url is shown.
You can however use the "copy url..." context menu from e.g. the log dialog or other dialogs, which have many more options.
Or use the "properties" menu from explorer, go to the SVN tab and copy the readable url from there.

Thank you for your response, I will use the "properties".
