Connecting TorsieSVN to a remote Server

Hi,
I have CollabNetSVN installed version 1.9.4 and The sever is up as I was able to create a repository using svnadmin just fine.
But I cannot connect to that repository. network is fine as I can ssh into the sever with no issue. There no firewalls to worry about.
