Project Monitor has a problem to arrange projects in the tree view

Well, the Project Monitor crashed yesterday. Things are different today.
After dragging and dropping a folder onto a project, existing sub-projects are replaced by folders.
I'm using TSVN 1.14.0

that was a difficult one to track down.
But it's fixed in r28931
