Wrong line displayed in tortoiseMerge when there is a mix of end of lines in the files

When the 2 attached files are compared, the line with the actual difference is not the one highlighted (line 10 should be the one highlighted, not line 11)

Root cause seems to be that one of the lines above ends with a CR instead of LF on every other line
