[improvement] svn:externals on a subdirectory does not propose to update external revision

Hello dear developers,

In the recent versions of TortoiseSVN, when i commit changes into an external directory, TortoiseSVN ask if i want to update the external revision which is a very convinient feature.

Unfortunately this does not work on the externals of the form:

http://repository/dir@revision localdir/localsubdir[/localsubsubdir]

It would be great to great to extend this feature to external local subdirectories
