Hello

I observe following issue with Tortoise 1.12.0 on Windows 10:

Tortoise SVN client (command line) hangs after entering the first password character. For the first character an * occurs what is expected. Then only you can do is force to close CLI window (as entering any other character results with bell signal from windows and no user input is collected by prompt)

---
c:\Projects\Utils>svn up
Updating '.':
Authentication realm: <https://somesvnserver> CollabNet Subversion Repository
Password for 'johndoe': *
---

Probably it has something related to running it on Windows 10 after upgrade (on Windows 7 such problem didn't exist).

Does anyone can confirm such bug on his/her side? Does anyone knows fix/workaround for CLI? (GUI Tortoise works without issues)

Windows:

Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise
Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134

Tortoise:

TortoiseSVN 1.12.0, Build 28568 - 64 Bit , 2019/04/16 18:42:29

Not sure, but I think this issue has been resolved already:

You have to update to at least Win10 1809.
