Bug report : Can’t see a file log that file is written in Korean.

Hello, I am using Turtle for version control.

 

Now, Turtle version is TortoiseSVN 1.10.0, Build 28176 - 64 Bit , 2018/04/14 08:00:32

 

But I found some error for file in Korean language.

 

when you do ‘show log’ the file in Korean, this error happen.(Captured image)

But, in lower version, this error never happened.

 

So, What should I do? It’ll be grateful, if you let me know.
