I have installed Tortoise SVN client on my computer . I try to export a
source code that is on the net at a specific adress with the command
"Import". I enter the server URL. But I always get the same error message:
Error: [ServerName]: Could Not resolve
Error: hostname [ServerName]: The requested name is
Error: valid, but no data of the requested type was found
I get the same thing when I try the "Repo-browser". I tried reinstalling
TortoiseSVN. Still get the same error. I tried it on another computer, it
works! So there must be something in my TSVN settings or on my computer that
is blocking TSVN. I tried shutting down my windows and anti-virus firewall.
I still get the same error.
Any help?

This is a problem with your DNS. Usually, those problems go away after
one or sometimes two reboots. Or you can try to manually flush the DNS
cache (doesn't always work though).
Another problem would be that the DNS server can resolve the name but
not properly. That can happen if the DNS is not properly signed or the
signing key can not be evaluated.
But this isn't really a problem with Subversion or TSVN - this is a
problem with your network/DNS setup.
