SVN commit/update options not available when OneDrive Files On-Demand is selected

When onedrive setting has files on-demand selected then SVN options to commit and update are not available. Even when you select onedrive option "Always keep on this device" is selected.

it works when you disble onedrive on-demand and wait till all files are downloaded.

That's a known problem in the apr lib.

The latest version of apr has this fixed, but we can't use that version because it has a new bug that would affect more people, not just the ones using OneDrive. Sorry.
